The location in the old town was mind-blowing! Surrounding us were countless delicious food options, and the bright lounge and kitchen area, with its big windows, was jaw-dropping. The property was super clean, and the welcome treats were a really nice touch.

It was located in a superb area near lots of lovely restaurants. Moreover, it was 10 minutes' walk to Plage Castel. Everything was simply perfect...

We couldn't be happier with our stay at 26 Nice in Nice. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, with plenty of dining options, a beautiful playground pavilion nearby, and a short walk to Opera beach. The staff, especially Stephane, were attentive and cute, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I stayed at the 26-Pairoliere apartment in Nice for transit during my travel, and it proved to be a convenient choice. The apartment's close proximity to the nearest airport, just 7 km away, made it incredibly easy and efficient for me to reach my flights without any hassle. the apartment's location near the Nice Train Station, which is only 2 km away, provided me with convenient access to explore the surrounding areas and beyond.

The apartment lacked dimmer switches for the halogen lighting, which would have allowed me to vary the intensity of the light according to my preference.

Always stay at this place, zero regrets. Staff gave me water at night first time. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, Kitchen, AC, TV. Has hiking, fishing, diving, windsurfing, horseback riding. Pets allowed, no smoking. Coming back for Christmas. Love it!

We stayed at this delightful apartment in the heart of the Old City. the location was perfect, with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. the apartment itself was spacious and well looked after, with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the waterfront and the convention center, and we were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to Garibaldi Square and the tram to/from the airport.

The coffee from the espresso maker could have been stronger.

We stayed at 26 for a few days and it was the perfect base for exploring the Old Town. The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants just outside the door. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, even including a washing machine and dishwasher. We loved being so close to the tram lines, which made it easy to travel to Antibes and Monaco. The path up to Castle Hill, just around the corner, offered stunning views. We can't wait to visit again!

This self-catering apartment had free WiFi and a view! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The ancient fort was only 2 km away. Air-conditioning saved my life!

As longer term business travelers, we loved the central location, surrounded by cafes and shops. The apartment was fully equipped and surprisingly quiet. It was within walking distance to the embankment, Castle Hill, the port, and Cours Saleya. Stephane, the host, was excellent and even left a bottle of wine and an Easter egg as a welcoming gesture. Highly recommend!
